  • Digital Payments: An MoU between the Reserve Bank of India and the State Bank of Vietnam regarding cooperation in payment systems.
  • Rare Earths: MoU between IREL (India) Ltd and Vietnam's Institute for Technology of Radioactive and Rare Elements (ITRRE).
  • Agriculture: Market access was enabled for Indian grapes and Vietnamese durian, with efforts to expedite access for pomegranates and pomelos.
  • Culture: A 5-year Cultural Exchange Programme (2026-2030) was finalized.
  • Others: Agreements regarding tourism, auditing, urban development, and digital technology.
  • Strategic & Defense Ties: The leaders reiterated that defense and security are key pillars, focusing on maritime cooperation. Vietnam joined India's Indo-Pacific Oceans Initiative (IPOI).
