The eligibility criteria for applicants are specified in the Karnataka PSC official notice. It is advised to all the Aspirants wants to appear in the examination of KPSC to double Check all the criteria’s first before applying for the Examination. There are various aspects that define the qualifying requirements include nationality, age restriction, educational qualification, and physical fitness. The Karnataka PSC examination is held to select candidates for different civil service positions that are given under the administration of the Karnataka government.

Education Qualification

Aspirants who want to sit for the KPSC KAS examination must meet the educational qualifications required for the exam. Below are the highlights of the educational qualification required to sit for the examination:

  • There is a provision to appear in the examination only for candidates who have done their bachelor degree from a recognized board or institution.
  • Undergraduates in their final year of their studies may also apply for the examination.

Age

The requirements stipulated and demanded by the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) for the people that wish to sit for the Karnataka state civil service examination involves age requirement. For age related quarries Aspirants may look below:

  • For the General Category applicants, the test has an upper age limit of 38 years.
