What is UPPSC Interview?

This is the last round of UPPSC Exam. Candidates who qualify Mains exam will be called to for the Personnel Interview. The Interview will be of 100 Marks. Candidates are interviewed by a Board appointed by the UPPSC.

1. The objective of the interview is to check the personal suitability of the candidate for the career in the state services by a board of competent and unbiased observers.
2. In the personality test, apart from their academic study, candidates must be aware of the affairs happening both within and outside their state or country.
3. The interview is more of purposive conversation intended to explore the mental qualities and analytical ability of the candidate.

Instructions for UPPSC Mock Interviewers:

• Formal dress up is required for Mock Interview program.
• Personality Analysis by Ex-UPSC Board members & our Senior Mock Interview Experts.
• One to One Discussion on your DAF (Detailed Application Form).
• Performance evaluation and feedback by our Mock Interview Panellist.
• The Five members interview panel which consist. of Retd. Civil Servants, Ex-UPPSC Board members, psychologist and subject matter experts.
• Mock Interview Session will be recorded in camera.
• Video recording of Mock interview session will be provided to the candidate for self analysis.
