Civil Services Day - 21st April

Civil Services Day - 21st April

Congratulations to All Civil Servants and Civil Servant Aspirants on Civil Services Day!

Every year, 21st April is celebrated as ‘Civil Services Day’ by the Government of India to commemorate the day when first Home Minister of Independent India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel addressed the probationers of Administrative Services Officers in 1947 at Metcalfe House, Delhi. He referred to civil servants as the "steel frame of India".

Sardar Patel completed the task of Integration of the country and the Civil Services played a vital role in that process. Civil Services provided a framework for Unified National Administration in the country in the form of All India Services and our Civil Servants still continue to do that task in a very commendable way.

What Civil Servants do, is not just a job, but a service to the common man individually and collectively. And to acknowledge their exemplary work, Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration are presented to Districts/Implementing Units for implementation of Priority programme and innovation categories, as part of the Civil Services Day. These awards on the Civil Services Day each year bring together civil servants from across the Country to connect with each other and learn the good practices being implemented across the nation.

On this Civil Services Day, Vajirao and Reddy Team congratulates all the Civil Servants for the exceptional ways in which they have worked for the betterment of Our Country and wishes all the Civil Service Aspirants a Great Future ahead.

Happy Civil Services Day! Good Luck!
